About Karen Dunn:

Before moving to Gardendale, AL (just north of Birmingham) from Fort Wayne, IN, just over 5 years ago, Karen worked for an agency that provided services to adults with mental and physical disabilities thru group homes, sheltered workshops and job coaching.  After moving she worked in administration in an assisted living facility before pursuing her license to sell real estate full time.  Because of her background of working with disabled and/or senior adults, she obtained a certification as Senior Real Estate Specialist.
She is an Ambassador for the Greater Gardendale Chamber of Commerce.   This position emphasizes her enthusiasm and outgoing personality when representing the Chamber to potential members.
